Lucid dreaming provides a unique opportunity for individuals to benefit from states of expanded awareness during times we are not normally conscious. This 4-track series is designed to teach you how to program and consciously participate in your own personal dreamscape. Clinical research suggests that focusing on the dream you wish to experience while remembering that you can consciously participate in your dream state can dramatically increase your chance of success. The Lucid Dreaming Series provides a substantial advantage for those interested in lucid dreaming by incorporating the hemispheric synchronization sound technologies developed by The Monroe Institute.
- Track 1 introduces you to the stages of sleep. And with the help of Hemi-Sync sound patterns, you will learn to enter a state of deep relaxation called hypnogogia, or Focus 10. This is a familiar state, often rich in imagery or sound, which we all experience just before losing consciousness in sleep.
- Track 2 introduces you to the creative imagination sequence and guides you to incorporate your desired dream scenario. Hemi-Sync sound patterns will now guide you into deep sleep and you will be reminded that "you are dreaming now" at the appropriate time (approx. 90 minutes into sleep, when the dream cycle - REM - begins).
- Track 3: Time to fly solo! Some cues from Tapes 1 & 2 are removed, but the reminder that you are dreaming continues with you into your dream world.
- Track 4 incorporates Hemi-Sync sound patterns to assist you during all four stages of sleep. This tape contains no verbal guidance or sound effects. You are fully in charge of your dream programming and lucidity during the dream state. The cue, "you are dreaming now" is played at the beginning of REM.
The Lucid Dreaming Program is now available in two formats: 1) a set of 4 audio cassettes (requires an auto-reverse cassette player), or 2) 1 DVD. The DVD may be played in a regular DVD player/TV, portable DVD player or DVD-capable CD-ROM on a computer or laptop.

Because of the nature of this program, the audio tracks within it must be at least 90 minutes in length. At the current time, Lucid Dreaming is not able to be manufactured on regular CD, as CD format cannot accomodate tracks of this length, unlike cassette or DVD.
