I have reached levels of deep meditation during the first use that I thought would take years of training. I highly recommend it. I just LOVE my Proteus machine. I had sent it back for a refund because I wasn't sure it was worth the expense and I needed the money to pay bills. Anyway, Ian wrote back to me and said give it a chance. 3PU sent my machine back to me at no charge to me. Using it consistently is key.
