How do I return an item?
RETURN POLICY
We want you to be satisfied. 3PoundUniverse.com offers a 30-day money back guarantee on all of our products from the date of shipment. If you are not 100% satisfied, you may return your purchase during this time. A refund equal to the cost of the merchandise will promptly be credited to you, minus the value of any missing or damaged components, only after the returned merchandise is received. If original packaging or missing components cannot be received, the refund amount will be subject to a restocking or damaged merchandise fee equal to 20% of the original merchandise cost. We cannot process your return until we receive the product. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
CD's, software, videos and supplements are not returnable if they have been opened unless they are defective. Hemi-Sync®CDs and tapes by Monroe Products are the exception! If you feel you have not benefited from any Hemi-Sync product, simply return the product to us within 30-days. We will courteously provide you with a refund or exchange of the product (excluding the shipping/handling cost).
All mind machines carry a 1 year limited warranty through the manufacturer. Technical assistance, repairs, or replacements may be conducted via the manufacturer during this time as per the product's instruction manual.
REQUIRED steps for all returns and defects:
- Notification of your return (via email at info@3pounduniverse.com) for you to obtain the appropriate return address and special instructions if they apply.
- The order number from the invoice or receipt with your name and shipping address.
- All items returned must be in the exact condition in which you received them: as a complete kit, and in manufactured packaging.
- Customer is fully responsible to ship back the product with Delivery Confirmation. Insurance is not required but highly recommended. We are not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged.
- Defective merchandise will be promptly replaced at no additional charge whatsoever.
